VIETNAM VET
His spirit energy was effusive, radiating and overflowing with love--a display of magnificent emerald green, the energetic color of the heart charka, the center of love. I could feel his head at the bursting point. Intelligence, he explained. His head was bursting with immense intelligence. He stated this without hyperbole or arrogance. He said that as a teenager, he was marched off to war before he ever got to use his intelligence. He died in a field hospital in Vietnam. His last moments on earth were deafening loud amid thunderous explosions. He explained that he left a very young wife. She has dog tags with his name--Edward--on them.
Edward talked about the 1960s concept of peace and love, how it was directly connected to the higher truth/consciousness. However, simply giving superficial lip-service to peace and love is useless. He stressed that peace and love must be rooted (in individual core truth) and must be (individually) lived.
On the spirit plane Edward spends his time radiating peace and love wherever and whenever he can. Peace and love are actions, Edward says.

POW
A male spirit energy of Japanese heritage connected in a storm of agitation and turmoil. He complained that he’d been a prisoner of war while on the earth plane and is now trapped in depression and the commotion of PTSD. His intense constriction and extreme resistance felt like thick rubber bands stretched tightly across my midsection. He would allow no light of resolution to pierce his energy field. He admitted that he goes to “school” on the spirit plane describing high windows with visual access to nature and light, showing bright sunlight streaming through the green leaves on towering trees. However, he is not enthused or motivated, pointing out that he is still a prisoner of the traumas that befell him as a POW.
Though this spirit energy stressed his resistance to personal evolution, he did step forward into the (my) white light energy to tell his story. Just before he disconnected, I felt a decrease in his intense resistance. This informs me that he is actually searching for peace, which he will eventually realize.

THE MYSTIC
INSPIRATION: that is the word this spirit energy employed to make connection. A female in her late sixties, she emerged wearing a silvery, gunmetal-colored cloak, the hood obscuring her features. She passed due to complications of numbness on her right side. Inspire. That is her purpose, she stressed.
While on the earth plane, she explained, she was a mystic who was scared of her “gifts” (abilities) and did not acquire the courage to use them. As a mystic, she was terrified of the discrimination and prejudice that would be aimed toward her. So, she kept her gifts to herself, refusing to develop her abilities, squelching and crushing her intuition and inspirations until she manifested painful stomach problems. She learned through experiencing excruciating physical responses that the body will “tell” you what you need to know and do.
“Reach to achieve your highest potential, no matter what your circumstances are,” the mystic emphasizes. “Nothing gets better after death.* What you create within yourself is what you take with you. The earth plane exists for the purpose of (inner) creation.”
The symbol of the gray cloak indicates that the mystic clearly carries sadness with her; regrets for lost opportunities; melancholy over allowing her earth life to be controlled by fear, thereby squandering her abilities.
Now, she hopes to inspire those still on the earth plane to embrace and utilize the creative opportunities that await all of us; to achieve our highest potential, no matter what our circumstances.
